Structural Material
1. Wall and ceiling materials for the building envelope of the clean room usually adopt sandwich color plate of 50mm thick, supported with oxidized alumina material specifically used for purification, or adopt steel formed plate and formed plate pressed with other materials. Door: adopt purification air-tight door or auto-induction door; window: adopt fixed window made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel glass.
2. Ground: adopt solvent-free, epoxy and self-leveling clean floor or top-quality wear-resisting PVC clean floor.
3. Purification air conduit: select galvanized steel sheet and thermal insulation material.
4. Air handler: adopt sanitation dedicated air handler (air handling unit).
