High-efficiency ozone generation tube technology
The double-sided glazing glass pipe made of imported nanomaterial is the ozone generation medium. 1.0mm 304 stainless steel is used for the whole enclosure.
The high voltage discharge electrode is made by combining titanium alloy with the soft-packing material of special metal. Consequently, it has uniform electric discharge gaps, high efficient generation of ozone, stable and even release, and a long service life.
Imported 316 stainless steel is used for the tube body to make the contact from oxidation over a long work life.
Axial flow fans provide dual air cooling for auxiliary heat dissipation, ensuring stability and an excellent service life.
The nano-level air self-filtering system is designed at the ozone inlet, ensuring no contamination of the core ozone electric discharge surface from granular objects larger than 5um and thereby extending service life. Unit is self-equipped with an air source environment (humidity) regulator to ensure stable ozone concentration and no generation of nitrogen oxides and other harmful pollutant gases from the electric discharge surface. A microcomputer-based control system controls the whole process. The free-programming host has the functions of automatic startup and shutdown and automatic determination of how long it will work. ※ Based on different use conditions for equipment, the free-programming host has the function of processing and regulating the air source.
